First Course

Choice of:

Crudo del Mercato – a selection of raw seafood, changes based on daily availability
Insalata Mista – salad of local greens and herbs with cold-pressed pistachio oil
Calamari – grilled local squid, radishes, hot red pepper, lemon, and parsley
Zuppa di Pesce Amalfitana – fish soup in the style of Amalfi with tomato and chili bruschetta

Wine: Bastianich “Vini Orsone” Friulano 2014 Friuli

Second Course

Choice of: 

Rigatoni – pasta with a ragu of monkfish, mussels, shrimp, and Sicilian tomato sauce
Pesce Sera – grilled local bluefish, heirloom squash, Cerignola olives, and opal basil
Lanzardo – whole grilled Boston mackerel with salsa verde

Wine: La Mozza “I Perazzi” Sangiovese 2014 Toscana

Third Course

Choice of:

Italian Plum Crisp – walnut streusel and basil gelato
Semisfera di Cioccolato – Amaretto-caramel and praline croquantine

Wine: Brandini Moscato d’Asti 2014 Piemonte
